Mr. Morrison is the Section Chief of the FBI’s National Threat Center consisting of the FBI’s 24/7 Counterterrorism Operations Centers directing the FBI’s initial global response to terrorism incidents and threats. During his 20 year FBI career, he served in the Pittsburgh, Oklahoma City and Milwaukee field offices as case agent, Supervisor and Assistant Special Agent in Charge for criminal, terrorism, counterintelligence and major cases to include the Oklahoma City Bombing and the 2004 Threat Task Force. He completed three tours at FBI headquarters, serving as Inspector, Unit Chief and Section Chief. In 2005, he received the Attorney General’s Award for Distinguished Service. His law enforcement career spans 33 years, beginning in 1977 with the Montgomery Township Police Department in suburban Philadelphia, Pa. where he spent the majority of his career as a detective, achieving the rank of Sergeant.
